Matt LeBlanc, Is That You?

You remember the lovable Joey from the popular Friends sitcom?

Well check him out now – chubbier, with greying hair and a super casual lumberjack look we’re not used to seeing him in.

He was pictured leaving the Katsu-ya restaurant in L.A. recently looking like he aged overnight!

In case you’re wondering what LeBlanc is up to these days, he has ditched his ditzy “Joey” character and signed on to a Showtime series called Episodes. The show has a similar concept to Larry David‘s Curb Your Enthusiasm – LeBlanc will be playing himself, spoofing Hollywood.

I looked it up, Friends went off the air in 2004! That’s a lot of aging in six years. I wonder if he was dying his hair back near the end of the show?

man.. freaking media and this Effed up culture … this dude is an icon from a badd ass sitcom loved by millions… now they are gonna tear him apart … F the scumbags who have nothing better to do than write something to degrade an extremley loveable character of the 90′s… be cool Matt.. F the A hole critiques and poparazzi

Perhaps I wouldn’t put it quite the same way joe cool does, but he is dead on. We build people up to tear them down. Matt LeBlanc portrayed an iconic character in an iconic sitcom, and did it with flair. So he aged. It takes nothing away from him and he remains a major TV draw. Good for him.

I think he looks absolutely fabulous with the grey. Can anyone say yummy? Then again, I like genuine people and can’t stand the uber fake ones.

This is so typical of the cruelty of the media. This is not exactly the most flattering picture of Matt. He is a friend of a very longtime friend. I’ve seen him recently, and this picture does not reflect how he really looks. He’s one of the best comic, character actors of all time. Ad libs that Matt created are virtually a part of our day to day conversations. He’s had a 23 year career on national television and he still looks extremely handsome. Leave the guy the hell alone and get a life.

I don’t want to say anything bad. He looks OK, actually. As he is one of my all-time favourite actors. He looks quite good. How old is he now…? MATT U ROCK !!!!!!! Sorry. Couldnt help myself!

  • Tina says:

Hey, that’s not fair. He’s not exactly gonna stay the exact same years later, now, is he?

  • Liz says:

I read an article recently where he talked about how he dyed his for friends many years. He is not playing 20 something year old parts anymore, so why should he keep altering himself to try and look 20 something? Seriously people, leave that up to the younger actors to satiate your youth fetishes. Matt is one fine looking man nearing middle age and I say he is still looking mighty hot like Clooney and Pitt. If botoxed beefcake is what you want than, go oggle another generation, or this one that are still trying to cling to the last generation with botched surgeries and fakeness. I will gladly take any of these very fine men who are simply being their talented, real selves, age and all.

just seeing him make me cry

  • mohammed says:

hhh do u remember -at friends- when he made a deal with good that he will not reach 30. thank u matt

  • smashley56 says:

whats really messed up, is most of your reactions, if he wasn’t an actor, its just normal aging.
People turn grey and get wrinkles! good for him for not getting botox or surgery, just to impress people. Espeially cause he doesn’t act anymore
