i honestly think pharrell earns that title because he isnt afraid of what other people think when he puts things together he isnt like theses other rappers matching their kicks to the thread in their jeans. he is a thinking mans rapper much like lupe kanye kid cudi wale nas. he has the ability to evoke the mind. as far as his style though, alot of people dont get his sense of fashion because this guy follows the traditional way of dressing as in ralph laurens style book he can go from urban to prep to black tie effortlessly ( though i am glad he cut the mustache off) but all in all dude has swagger unimaginable and he is humble he has even said in the past if you think u can design something better than what ive done go for it he isnt in it for the money even though the price may say otherwise. its like his philosophy is wealth is in the heart and mind, not in the pocket states u could be broke as a joke funds wise but if u feel rich in mind and heart then you are more wealthy than any major figure.
