Superbowl XLIV was a success from every standpoint: sentimental favorites the New Orleans Saints won, tallied TV ratings show the game may have surpassed the 1983 M*A*S*H finale as the most watched TV program ever, Kim Kardashian may have finally received a marriage proposal from Reggie Bush and the city of Miami drew in scores of hard-partying, big-spending people.

It was a non-stop celebration from Thursday to Sunday, with events such as the Madden Bowl XVI being the most popular. Pictured above are NFL rivals Chad Ochocinco (Cincinnati Bengals) and Darrelle Revis (New York Jets) warming up for the Madden Bowl by taking on a few of the 23 million Xbox LIVE members worldwide.

Shuttle buses transported the media crews (including DrJays.com’s Boss Lady) to and from their Fort Lauderdale hotels to the Media Center (pictured below) where players, coaches and more assembled every day for press conferences and activities.

The official logo for next year’s Superbowl XLV (to be held in North Texas) was unveiled in the Media Center.

The Media Center was very Jerry Maguire-esque: sports agents with puffed-out chests, athletes alternating between boastful and humble in interviews, and regional radio outlets battling for space on the massive, blue-carpet main floor.

Still in the Media Center was the Gatorade Science Lab, where their new Prime 01 drink was debuted (and where Boss Lady competed against Miles Austin in the Sports Challenge) – it was behind big black curtains with security guards at the front at all times.

Who’s the biggest boss that you’ve seen thus far? Rick Ross and Boss Lady at the Sean John pop-up store.

Mike Black (Blac Label/Antik/Taverniti So) and Aaron Maybin (Buffalo Bills) cheesin’ for the cameras.

Aaron Maybin poses in his Blac Label t-shirt; the brand is favorite amongst footballers.

The Ciroc promo girls were out in effect at the Sean John pop-up shop, getting everyone nice and twisted!

Big Tigger DJ’ing at the Sean John pop-up store (his laptop reppin’ his home NBA team, of course).

Extra‘s AJ Calloway came through Sean John to quickly interview Rick Ross, who was there to promote the brand’s Big & Tall line.

Later that night, EA Sports and XBox Live joined forces to present the swank Madden Bowl party at The Clevelander hotel on Ocean Drive.

During the daytime, South Beach was full of promotional booths from brands like Sprint (pictured above) and…

…Comcast, where people lined up for autographs from professional NFL athletes throughout the weekend.

The Saints fans were definitely out in force all weekend, bringing their famous Bourbon St. party vibe to Miami:

Superbowl weekend – let’s do it all again next year!
