I think the Mavs got a great trade. Caron butler is a skilled strong guy who can guard and even go at the kobes, Melos etc. Dampier is gonna be out for a month I think, so Brendan Haywood is gonna be a good replacement. Josh Howard seriously needed to leave Dallas anyway. With Antawn Jamison Cleveland has a guy who can shoot the 3, drive or hit the mid range shot. Lebron actually has a reliable teammate that can help him late in the playoffs. And don't forget about the Bulls. Guys like Wade, Lebron, and Bosh could fit really well with Rose and Noah. Can't wait until the summer.

Great article man.

For the C's, I think it's good for the team. Psychologically, it shakes them up and shows them that Doc Rivers' "inner core" is not sacred and that if they don't play ball, anyone could go. Nate could bring a new type of energy to the C's that they need. Although he's a PG, he can drop to 2 and run the floor with Rondo when Ray Allen needs a rest.

Knicks prob want to drop T-Mac and free up space anyway. He may not be a huge contributor for them anyway, especially if he wants to leave. I bet they'll drop him and he'll sign with someone that could use a veteran shooter.

Excuse my hometown bias, but the Cavs made the strongest move this trade deadline. They got Jamison for basically nothing (a 1st round draft pick). They will re-sign Z. He's played with the Cavs 11 seasons and means a lot to the team, the staff, and the city. I doubt he'll move out of town. Without Lebron and with a healthy team, the Cavs would make the playoffs. WIth Lebron, they're nasty. He's stay home for a while.

i'm watching Cavs press conference and they don't sound like they gonna pick Z back up, but that may just be the politics.

Good job on the article sir. I agree with you on the impact of Eddie House for Boston's offense. With Rondo I don't see why Boston would need Nate. He's explosive and Nate the Great no doubt, but I don't see them moving along further. Gonna be interesting to see Nate in the playoffs though. Cleveland to me looks very interesting. Antawn Jamison and Sebastian Telfair to the Cavs??? Don't stamp LeBron's NY ticket just yet.
