Cop or Drop: Plaid Footwear

Fashion can run the line from outstanding to ludicrous, and footwear is not exempt from this occurrence.
Plaid printed footwear can either be so good (like the Nike Blazer High) or can be not so good. Sometimes in an effort to keep up with what is hot, and what is reasonably trendy, a company can lose all sense of style on the drawing board. I want you to make a decision about these kicks.

I will let you weigh in, I personally own a pair of blowfish plaid booties but they’re so old school looking I couldn’t resist. Is there a right way to pull of plaid footwear?- if so, who succeeded, and who failed?
I dont know where ill match these kicks, but still a big no no for me.
The nike pairs I like. Cop if you can make it work. I had some plaid lacoste before, had a matching shirt to go with it. People raved about that shit.
