Hellz Bellz’s Alexander McQueen Tribute Tee
Hellz Bellz has prematurely launched this “Long Live McQueen” tee in honor of the innovative high fashion designer.
The brand has the tee in the works for their fall 2010 collection, even before Alexander McQueen‘s tragic death, but decided to release it now to “show condolence to the passing of this great human”.
Last week it was confirmed that McQueen did take his own life, having hung himself in his closet and leaving behind a suicide note.
The “Long Live McQueen” tee will be sold exclusively on Hellz’s online shop, and a portion of the proceeds will go to the “What Ever It Takes” organization.
McQueen himself was involved with the organization, which is a unique artwork campaign supporting 21st Century Leaders Foundation in its work for key global development causes including poverty alleviation, environmental conservation and the protection of children.
