You read it right.
I just took my daily peek at “Google Trends” to find out what the top searches are today, and there it was at #7 – “How do I get my sister to sleep with me?”.
For those who haven’t noticed, when you start typing “How do I get…” into Google’s search box, you’ll see Google try to automatically complete the search term…with sometimes very odd suggestions like this.
The creepy part is that “Google Suggests” are based off searches from users all over the world, your own searches, sites in Google’s search index, and ads on Google.

the sister thing is probably from pakistan or something cause in other countries family members can marry each other… but the others hahahaha
