Sneak Peek: Steve Madden Fall 2010 Outerwear
Kiki accompanied DrJays.com buyer EMitts to Steve Madden‘s NYC showroom this very snowy morning.
Our lovely rep Julie showed off fall 2010 outerwear, and even modeled some pieces for us! The line is looking flirty, smart and trend right.

We were shown a variety of faux and genuine leather jackets with feminine ruffles, edgy biker and military styles. The pieces, in winning shades of grey, black, chocolate brown and caramel, are sure to be hits with the ladies:
Fun faux furs have recently become all the rage, and Steve Madden did not disappoint with these wild pieces:
From short to longer lengths, the brand’s wool outerwear featured interesting cuts and eye-catching details like faux leather belt loops, ruffles, etc. Rich colors like teal, mustard and purple will make for an upbeat fall season.
Sporty nylon jackets came in every shape from short hooded numbers with faux fur as well as long belted ones.

They did a good job on the materials the leather and the faux fur looks so real. I personally don’t feel the fur jackets, but that is a nice cognac motorcycle jacket and i like the navy blue jacket. In my opinion, most of the jackets give a “Gossip Girl” prep girly vibe.
Steve Madden is my favorite! I own so many articles from this line and outerwear is one thing I need to purchase. This coat is so adorable and I think it would look great in my closet.
