Nike SB Zoom Omar Salazar Preview!
The guys over at Nike Skateboarding have goodies lined up for us all of 2010! Just days ago, we told you that Nike SB was bringing back the fat tongues to their sneakers, and today we have a preview of the new Nike SB Zoom Omar Salazar, named after the famed Sacramento, CA skater.
Nike SB held a launch party in San Francisco for the Zoom Omar Salazar skate sneaker. Several upcoming colorways of the Zoom Omar Salazar were on display at the event. Nike SB also recently launched the “Outer Space” Omar Salazar mircosite, an interactive pop-up site featuring a 360 degree view and a thorough a breakdown of the technology used to create the masterpiece, some dope photos of Salazar skating in what seems to be a spaceship’s cockpit, and videos and downloads galore.
We found the most interesting part about the Salazar to be the subtle yet oh so crucial stash pocket on the tongue! Check it out:

Not that I need one, but the stash pocket is dope. The shoe is cool too.
these are dope sauce! definately gonna cop.. I like shoes that have pockets since roos when i was a lil tike. the brown ones are nice and clean!
I like the Grey/Black/ White pair, 1st in the 5th pic, and the pocket on the tongue is to for options on the tongue or use it for the stash like G-Roc. Haaaa.
