Jay-Z Breaks Ground at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center

Jay-Z and Beyoncé attended The Groundbreaking Ceremony at The Barclays Center in Brooklyn yesterday.
In the above picture, Brooklyn borough President Marty Markowitz holds up a picture of himself embracing Beyoncé as Jay-Z looks less than amused.
“We did it again, Brooklyn! Shout out to B.I.G.,” Jay declared at the ceremonial groundbreaking of the 18,000-seat Barclays Center at Atlantic Yards, the future home of the Brooklyn Nets.
Jay and Bey were also joined by developer Bruce Ratner, Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Governor David Paterson to break the construction grounds of the arena. See more shots below including the beautiful Bey, and Jay-Z in a hard hat:
