Diggy Simmons Scores A Record Deal!

We said he set out to make a name for himself when he released his mixtape, The First Flight, and his recent “Flow Stoopid” freestyle helped confirm it. Now, just a day after his 15th birthday, Diggy Simmons has officially inked a deal with Atlantic Records.
He tweeted his excitement yesterday, as big sis Angela Simmons captured the moment in a picture:
“Taking a tour of the Atlantic offices… This is real surreal right now, its official! Real thankful just takin it all in!” – Diggy Simmons
Will he follow in the footsteps of his famous father, Rev Run of Run DMC?

I have truly enjoyed watching Rev. Run, and Justine’s beautiful family on television, teaching us all about family love, respect,and unity. That is truly awesome that Diggy has a record deal. I can’t wait to purchase his albums. Way to go Diggy keep up the great work and GOD BLESS YOU.
