This weekend I got a chance to check out the remake of one of my favorite horror movie franchises, Nightmare on Elm Street. After I walked out the theater (at the end of the movie, not mad) I got to thinking, what are my top 5 horror movies?

Halloween
The king of all slasher films and the first to start the whole slasher phenomena. The eerie music is what sticks in your head, plus the white mask of course. Successfully scaring audiences and babysitters since the 1970s.
