The always innovative Lady Gaga was spotted in NYC last night, leaving The Almay Concert to Celebrate the Rainforest Fund’s 21st Birthday.

She rocked perhaps one of the most unusual accessories we’ve seen on her — a jewel-encrusted headgear?

Given that she has become a fashion icon overnight, do you think this is a trend that will catch on to the masses?
