It was a battle of the bosses when Rick Ross and Boss Lady sat down this week in the Def Jam offices for an extended, colorful conversation.
Ross talks candidly about overcoming major career obstacles (particularly last year when his law enforcement past was revealed) and where his inner strength comes from. He also touches on his ability to make hits and reveals his lifelong passion for collecting figurines for the first time.
