Kim Kardashian Admits To Getting Botox!
Just take a look at the above “before and after” pictures, and you’ll wonder how Kim Kardashian ever had anybody fooled about not altering her appearance.
During an interview for ABC News’ Nightline on Monday night, Kim was joined by Kourtney, Khloe and Kris Kardashian, where the family addressed plastic surgery rumors.
“I’m totally not against plastic surgery,” Kim told reporter Cynthia McFadden. “I’ve tried Botox before. That’s the only thing that I’ve done.”
On breast implant rumors? “Trust me honey, if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done.”
“I’ve never had my nose done,” Kim added. “What’s funny is about my nose, it’s my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done…I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn’t—I wouldn’t look the same.”
Kourtney, on the other hand, openly admitted to having breast implants. “I have had breast implants, but it’s so funny ’cause it’s not a secret, I could care less,” she said.
Why on earth would a stunning 29-year-old woman mess with her face? Do you think this is an improvement for Kim?

no. kim was pretty before and she still is. But that botox is gonna mess her face up before she is 40, and its gonna really fall. and then she really gonna start going plastic surgery crazy on her face to fix it back…..like her stepfather Bruce did. She is too young and pretty for that, and its crazy, because i think she has the most prettiest nose, but she hates it. that is too crazy.
