Snoop Dogg To Perform, T.I. To Present At The MTV Movie Awards
Yesterday, MTV announced Snoop Dogg and Katy Perry were the latest names to be added to the list of performers for this Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards. The duo will perform their current hit “California Gurls,” the lead single of Perry’s forthcoming third studio album, Teenage Dream. During the recent listening party for the album at Whiskey Bar at the W in Atlanta, the “I Kissed A Girl” singer spoke on the experience of meeting Snoop, who isn’t shy about his penchant for cannabis, for the first time:
“The first time I met Snoop, it was a bit like [former ABC hit television series] Lost. The door opens, and in comes the Smoke Monster.”
The Smoke Monster? Hilarious. In the same announcement, MTV also revealed that recently released from prison rapper T.I. will hit the stage as a presenter during the annual awards show. Tip joins a roster of presenters that includes Chris Rock and Sean “Diddy” Combs. The 2010 MTV Movie Awards airs this Sunday at 9 pm.

Does anybody care about snoop bein on a record anymore? I wanna rock was cool but not some earth shattering record. Isn’t puff gonna be there presenting? They’ll likely introduce him as from get him to the greek since it’s the movie awards, different approach right?
