I would pick Amerie to play me in a movie about my life because we look alike and we’re the same race.
Even though I don’t know anything about her acting ability, I think she would make me look great on the big screen because she’s already accustomed to the spotlight and the celebrity world.
I’d have to say Mos Def because listening to him made me appreciate deeper lyrics and understand the complexity that poetry may possess. The Black Star album changed my life.
I would have to pick Nas just the way he expresses himself giving advice on the society and world interest. he nails it lyrically through his music videos and albums they were hits, from all those documentary he looks like he can tell my story in the big screen he’s been through adversity he’s a voice for the people till now. Love his album “distant relation” by damian marley that’s a instant classic that should be in everyone album collection.
I would pick the rapper K-Os from Canada. His music is the soundtrack to my life.
