Nike SB Dunk High “Bruce Springsteen”
Entertainer-inspired sneakers are no new commodity. Jay-Z, Wu-Tang, and of course Curtis Jackson, have graced the sides of sneaks in years past, but rarely do you see a classic-rock icon getting love on a pair of SB Dunks. That’s exactly what’s happened here, with the introduction of the Nike SB Dunk High “Bruce Springsteen.” With patriotism running high nowadays amid World Cup fervor, what better time could there be to drop a red white and blue clad kick?
Bruce, or “The Boss” as he’s fondly known, repped Jersey long before those MTV goons hit the shore, which is why NJ Skateshop got the nod on this design. The kick draws inspiration from Springsteen’s Born in the USA album cover with the combination of stripes and denim. You can scoop these up just in time for BBQ season on July 3rd, but you’ll have to be Jersey bound as these are an NJ Skateshop exclusive release.

NJ Skateshop certainly is holding it down. Every exclusive release they’ve had certainly has brought it. I might have to cop these.
