The 2010 E3 Expo: Girls, Games, Method Man & Redman
The 2010 E3 Expo was insane and if you’re a gamer, it was like you died and went to heaven. Video games, girls, performances, weird people in costume and more video games made the three-day experience one not to forget with firsthand previews of games such as Capcom Vs Marvel 3, EA MMA, Twisted Metal PS3, Killzone 3.
Capcom’s booth was the first seen upon entering an the line to play the highly anticipated Capcom Vs Marvel 3 was insane as it’s one of the titles that had E3 buzzing.
Def Jam Rapstar—the hip-hop karaoke game—brought hip-hop culture to the expo with a bananas performance by Method Man & Redman that wore the crowd out.
And, oh, were there zombies. Dead Rising 2 was on full display as faux protesters for zombie rights milled around and had attendees sign petitions against zombie cruelty.
If you actually wanted to play a game, you had to stand in line for quite some time. The Legend Of Zelda: Skyward Sword had a nice line wrapped around their massive booth. In order to find the end of the line, you had to look for this guy.
All in all, it was an experience that any nerd will take to the grave. Below is a video recap of everything you missed out on (featuring music from Tiron “The Riches” featuring Asher Roth & Blu) and a gallery of images from the expo.
Until next year!
