Last week, Akademiks‘ shot their “Ultimate 10″ campaign at Milk Studios in NYC. The shoot featured the likes of DJ Suss One, DJ Self and the Buffalo Bills’ Nic Harris modeling Akademiks’ fall 2010 men’s line.

Akademiks is heading back to its roots, but coming in with a cleaner, sophisticated feel this fall. The focus is on details–studs, grommets and leather piecing.
Although there are color stories, pieces easily mix and match without worry of head-to-toe over-coordinating. Some key pieces you can expect: intricate wovens, raw denim, military-inspired outerwear and an array of track jackets, one of the strongest looks for the brand.

COOL!!!
Looks better than some of the HOMO slim fit crap they were putting out for a while. Talk about a lost company with no direction! I do not see why they wanted to shoot them there self in the foot. Maybe someone at Drjays know why they did what they did to there self since they are part owned by Drjays? I really would like to know how they thought they were going to go from hip/hop clothing to mod clothing. Was it the brothers that wanted to do that? It just seriously boggles my mind!
