Rapper Wale‘s (a.k.a Mr. Folarin) released his latest mixtape More About Nothing this week and it’s his best piece of work yet. The mixtape stands as a sequel to his 2008 mixtape The Mixtape About Nothing and is also based around the popular television show Seinfeld. It includes short dialogues from the show, each relating to the content of a specific song. With some help from a few artists friends, Wale has produced his best work and revealed more about his life.
Wale isn’t holding back with this mixtape. He mentions why his debut album didn’t sell too well, reveals he’s not a homophobic, shares his taste in women, and also boasts about being part of the popular Interscope team. And with all this we get a serious understanding of the rapper Wale through his witty lines, keen word play, and captivating delivery. This is a mixtape you’ll enjoy the first run through.
