In 2004 San Franscico hot spot Huf was commissioned by Nike to mock-up their very own Air Max 1. The shop presented two iterations of the iconic kick, one grey/lime-green job which eventually won out, and the silver medal finalist, a grey and orange variety. Though the grey and orange mockup never hit wide-scale production, a few were made and distributed to a select set of Huf head-honchos and their friends. It’s been sometime since one of these highly sought after kicks has been available for purchase, but that’s exactly the ebay auction holding court right now. Peruse the pics and get ready to bite the greenback bullet for these rare beauties.
