Diddy Sued For Discriminating Against Old, Disabled People
According to TMZ, Sean “Diddy” Combs is being sued for discriminating against old, disabled people. In a recent lawsuit filed in New York federal court, a woman by the name of Francesca Spero alleges she and the hip-hop impresario “butted heads after she informed him that she needed major hip surgery in 2008…and then later ‘suffered a relapse’ to an addiction to prescription medication and alcohol.”
Spero, who describes herself as a “51-year-old white woman,” claims an “unsympathetic” Combs ultimately removed her from her post as an executive at Bad Boy Records and replaced her with a woman 10 to 15 years her junior who “lacked the skill set and experience [she] brought to the position.” Spero worked for Bad Boy for 12 years, and is seeking $12 million in for age and disability discrimination.
In response to the allegations, a representative for Combs told TMZ, “This is a grab for money by someone who concedes in her complaint to having had a drug relapse while on the job and an employer who was not satisfied with her work.”
Uh…yeah, it may not have been such a hot idea for this broad to mention her drug and alcohol problems in the lawsuit, SMH.
Even without her mentioning it she was still at the company for 2yrs after the hip surgery. And 51 isn’t that old. Diddy is how old? Did she ever think maybe the other person brought less issues & more drive? She need to get on with that bs.
