I sat down with T.I. very recently for an interview his publicist told me would be his last one for some time (sadly quite ominous, taking into account today’s news).
Seated in his penthouse suite at a New York hotel, an obviously mellow Tip had just finished his non-stop promotional tour for Takers and was preparing to film his upcoming Storytellers special for VH1 that day. Our interview is a wrap-up of the year thus far, with the rapper/actor dishing on his music, movies, AKOO clothing line and more.
