Word on the street—and by street, we mean Mediatakeout—has Hov spending $20 million to get Bey a prime piece of private property in the Florida Keys for her 29th birthday. It’s reported the tropical island is 12.5 acres and about 2.5 miles offshore. Oh, and the island’s only accessible via helicopter or yacht. Ah, yeah. He’s hoping she celebrated that gift with the special diamond-encrusted whip and lingerie Lady Gagy gave Beyoncé. Holla!
