Lakers Star Matt Barnes Arrested For Domestic Violence

Los Angeles Lakers player Matt Barnes was arrested last night for a domestic violence dispute with his live-in girlfriend.
According to the Sacramento Bee, when police arrived on the scene both parties had visible injuries but Barnes was named the aggressor in the situation. He was slapped with the curiously titled “maliciously obstructing the use of a telephone line” charge.
Barnes, who grew up in Sacramento and is a new addition to the Lakers team, tweeted about the event this morning:
