New Movie: The Town, Starring Ben Affleck And Blake Lively
The Town is set to release this Friday, and the buzz continues to build. The film marks the sophomore effort for Ben Affleck‘s career as a director, the first being Gone Baby Gone. Joining Affleck on-screen are TV stars Jon Hamm (Mad Men), and Blake Lively (Gossip Girl). Rounding out the cast are Jeremy Renner and Chris Cooper who star in Affleck’s favorite locale, the mean streets of south Boston. The film looks to be an entertaining thriller, but it’s been a long time since Affleck had a hit where he appeared on the silver screen. The marketing efforts for this film have been abundant, especially in New York where billboards and kiosk posters can be seen on nearly every corner. The film debuted at Fenway Park earlier this week, and you can peep the trailer down below.
