Diggy Simmons Goes Airborne With New Mixtape
Whenever the new generation takes over in hip-hop, Diggy Simmons will be leading the pack. At the age of 15 he’s already signed with Atlantic Records and not because his father Rev Run or uncle Russell Simmons put in a good word but because, at the end of the day, this kid is the real deal.
When Diggy dropped his first mixtape, The First Flight, people took notice. Now he’s on to mixtape number two, featuring notable artists such as Chris Brown, Raekwon, Lupe Fiasco, Pharrell, and more. You may think Diggy would get drowned out with such spectacular artists on his songs but you would be wrong—he holds his own. He hits us with some catchy lines. He shows us how invested he is in his rap career with the song “The Vision” proclaiming that maybe one day he will be the best. Take a listen to these three songs and the mixtape. You can be the judge of how serious he takes this newfound career of his.

Damn,there is hope.
Dude got talent, but what does he really have to talk about? Dude had the Good Life. Cocky wordplay, gimmics and party joints, can only carry you so far. I pray dude can change the game and make it about skills again, not just street cred. Do you thing Dig. I’m all for good music.
