A 50 Cent And Soulja Boy Collaboration? WTF?

50 Cent has done some pretty wild things recently, but none of his previous efforts prepared us for one of the most awkward rap collaborations we’ve seen in some time. With 50 Cent joining forces with Soulja Boy on the awkwardly titled “Mean Mug,” it’s hard to figure out why this song ever happened. It looks like a joke, but it isn’t. It looks like the worst tag team in hip-hop, and after listening to the song, it is.

Apparently, 50 Cent is down to do whatever to remain relevant. Soulja Boy has nothing better to do (other than fending off those pesky coke-head rumors). So the pairing might make a little bit of sense. Actually, no it doesn’t. It’s just a bad song with a bad video for a bad collaboration with two artists who need to be noticed very badly.

It’s a whole lot of bad. And not bad meaning good, but bad meaning bad. Maybe I’m overreacting. You be the judge.

  • sam sneed says:

they need some more coke to crank them up cuz this song sucks!!!!!

  • Their both lames talking a bunch of ish they can’t back up.

In one hand you got 50:
He can’t go hard if he ratting out on people, got cops for security, taking off tats for movies, having beefs on tweeter and picking fights with niggas fresh out the pen cause you know they’ll go back if they do something.

In the other hand you got Soulja:
He in the rap industry and he had to use google to fuel his beef with a hiphop legend. Seriously? Other rappers have contacts and he got the net, SMH. The only people he’s gone against are his own. Because he fucked them over. He can’t even talk smack right. Everything out his mouth is short yellow bus lame. Can’t blame it on the drugs cause he was dumb before it.

Together the hands are holding a big pile of shit.
On some real shit I’m tired of the special ed rap. Even if it’s about gun let the pros talk bout, bitches need to fall back.

If you dont like it, dont watch the video or even talk about it. I think the big picture is being missed by the people who hate on this kind of thing. I just checked and this video has 150,000 views and almost and almost and equal amount of comments. Love it or hate it 50 and Soulja Boy have already won this battle; their creating hype from a video it probably cost nothing to make. LOL dude getting rich off cheap beats and videos. Some of yall need to take a marketing class or read a book instead of hating.

these dudes are gay. i can’t believe no one else has said it yet. they two guys are fucking each other.. a couple of years ago 50 gave Soulja a tour bus with a studio in it for his birthday, and i took it lightly. there’s no more denying it.. and the worst part it …
    i used to be a die hard 50 fan…

    p.s.
50 cant talk about nobody anymore after this little stint.

    pps. sorry fif. truth hurts.

Songs actually not bad at all.

50Cent is upper echelon of the rap game for sure.

    Not a studio gangster…

    Releases mix tapes..
and hit records with club banggers and hardstuff.

    Kills everyone in beefs….

What more do you people want out of a rap artist lol?

  • Mayn says:
