R&B Singer Mario Arrested For Assaulting His Mom
It appears that R&B singer Mario is facing some legal issues. He was arrested in Baltimore early this morning and charged with assault after police were called to his home to break up a dispute with his mother. According to The Baltimore Sun, Mario’s mother, Shawntia Hardaway called authorities after a fight with Mario. When police arrived at the apartment, they found his mother in the lobby crying—she told them her son was throwing things and damaging property. Once upstairs in the apartment, the cops noticed broken glass, busted furniture, and a hole in the wall. He was arrested and posted $50,000 bail. This isn’t the first time Mario and his mother have gotten into it. She told police earlier this week that he pushed her into a wall. Hopefully Mario and his mother can work out their situation.
Ok so where is the assault part? Other than thrown stuff around the apartment (which could’ve been thrown by one, the other or both parties), there’s no mentioning of bruises, blackeyes etc.
