Nicki Minaj was pictured outside The Late Show with David Letterman show yesterday. She wore super high-waisted harem pants with bold graphics, a black top with patent leather shoulder pads, and black pointy-toe ankle boots. Her hair and makeup looked stunning—but are you a fan of the pants?
