Reebok Zigtech Slash Danilo Gallinari PE
As the NBA season approaches, the influx of Player Exclusive kicks will be on a meteoric rise. Knicks sharp-shooter Danilo Gallinari is sponsored by Reebok, and they’ve mocked up a special edition of the Zigtech Slash for Danilo to sport this season. The shoes don an extremely recognizable Knicks color scheme, with orange and blue all over the upper and the bold Zigtech sole. Reebok tipped its proverbial hat to Danilo in a few other ways with his birthday—8/8/88—on the instep, as well as his hometown of Milan. The heel denotes a rooster wearing the number 8, which is a nod to his pseudonym il Gallo, or the rooster. While you won’t be able to get your paws on these, unless you’re at the Garden and he tosses them crowd-side, this could be the start of a budding relationship between Reebok and Danilo.
