Cambridge, Massachusetts sneaker spot Concepts is no stranger to collaborations. They’re work with New Balance was one of the most anticipated sneaker drops of the year. This time around they’re connecting with Sperry, using the great outdoors as their muse and the Bahama Chukka as their silhouette. The shoes are refined yet rugged, pairing a sneakerlike rubber sole with a tan nubuck and navy ribbed-canvas upper. The shoes are as appropriate on the streets as they are traversing the deck of your sail boat. There’s a small Concepts logo on the side panel, and the Sperry motto—”Passion for the Sea”—emblazoned across the tongue.
