Sneaker Con: Fall 2010
Sneaker Con went down again this past Saturday and, once again, heads were in full force peddling their wares. As usual, the goods being peddled were kicks, both old and new. Vendors (over 40, including Flud Watches) were set up around the basement of a church in NYC’s SoHo neighborhood, but the action was going down with collectors buying and trading sneakers with each other in the aisles.
The event was sponsored by adidas Originals and if you joined their mailing list you were granted a card entitling you to a free Jeremey Scott adidas t-shirt (still need to pick up mine). Air Jordans once again dominated but plenty of Air Max 90s, LeBrons and Dunks were on hand, and feet. Sneaker aficionados DJ Clark Kent and Mayor were spotted making the rounds. Peep Dallas Penn’s video for more coverage. More photos after the vid.
