Quiet as kept, the Converse Jack Purcell is one of the freshest sneakers out. While the Converse All-Star (aka Chuck Taylor’s) gets all the attention, colorways and collabs, the Jack Purcell has been maintaining ever since it debuted in 1935 as a badminton shoe. Yep, badminton.

Woolrich is another heritage brand of note who hooked up with Converse for this Converse Jack Purcell LTT Ox. White outsole and the usual JP detailing with an all-black upper; simple and clean. No black-and-white cookie references, please.
