Congratulations! Mariah Carey Confirms Pregnancy
After months of speculation and rumors running wild, R&B diva Mariah Carey confirmed she is pregnant with husband Nick Cannon‘s child. This morning on the Today Show in a preview segment of an interview with Access Hollywood, Mariah shared the news about expecting a new addition to the family.
With her celebrity status, it’s no surprise Mariah had trouble keeping things under wraps.
“It’s been a long journey, but it’s been tough because I’ve been trying to have…to hold onto a shred of privacy. And that was not easy,” Mariah said in her sit down with AH host Billy Bush.
MC didn’t go into too much detail about the pregnancy, giving only minor details on her due date.
“It’s still early. I’m expecting in the spring, I’ll say that. I don’t want to give too much of like, specific outlines.”
Mariah definitely has much to celebrate as she is not only having a baby, but her second holiday album, Merry Christmas 2 You, is dropping next week.
