The trailer to next year’s comic-book adaptation, Green Lantern, recently hit the ‘Net. DC Comics latest superhero comic to get the silver screen treatment stars Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan, the first human selected to become part of the Green Lantern Corps. But will The Green Lantern become the next Batman or end up more like Elektra?
Considering that Green Lantern is the lesser known of many superheroes, it’ll be interesting to see how Warner Bros. puts this film together—will it be a box office smash or major league dud? Check out the trailer and decide if it will be worth your hard earned cash when it hits theaters next summer.

ummm I wouldn’t say lesser known. I’d say lesser whore’d out. He’s known. He was more known than aquaman & green arrow. Actually he’s more known than aquaman lol. They’ve done many a saga off of this character. They just need to do some PR work.
Movie effects looks good. Hopefully they stick to the comic books, because most likely it’ll be the die hard comic book readers that’ll be looking at it. They really need to do a Justice League movie or a Red Hood movie.
