Nike Zoom Kobe VI Officially Unveiled

Submitted by on December 8, 2010 – 9:42 amOne Comment

Pictures of the Nike Zoom Kobe VI have circulated the wide reaches of the Internet, but the official unveiling of the Beaverton Boys latest achievement took place today. The kick is as technically savvy as it is aesthetically pleasing. Sporting a unique snake-skin polyurethane upper, the shoe pays homage to Kobe’s moniker, The Black Mamba, while introducing a new way to maintain a light weight while offering firm structure. The shoe provides support in the form of Air Zoom units at the heel and forefoot for added cushioning. The kick also offers a bespoken experience in that the sock-liner completely molds to the wearer’s foot, making each pair unique to the ballplayer who dons them. The Nike Zoom Kobe VI has been long awaited and highly anticipated by ballplayers and sneaker enthusiasts alike. Mark your calendar—they’ll debut at Nike retail locations come December 26th.
