The Nike Zoom Kobe VI has been celebrated as a marvel of design technology and material ingenuity. The polyurethane capsules take the form of scales on the upper, and the sneaker has even been profiled in The Wall Street Journal. This iteration however is sure to generate more buzz for the color blocking than the materials used. This color up has been dubbedd “Grinch” and plays out true to form with a green to yellow gradient offset by red accents at the tongue and on the laces. These kicks take their cues from Dr. Seuss’s Christmas antagonist and are sure to be the most recognizable shoes come Christmas, or any other day for that matter. If you’re an under-the0radar type of dude, these flamboyant kicks are definitely not for you, but if you’re a show-stopper like Kobe, head over here now.
