Jim Jones On His Legacy: “At Some Point, I Have To Take Responsibility”

Submitted by on December 21, 2010 – 9:59 amOne Comment

Menswear brand FB Legacy has enlisted the help of Jim Jones for the most recent episode of its “Legacy Series” videos.

The Dipset capo shares refreshing stories about his career (like how legendary New York club The Tunnel inspired him to pursue music as a 16-year-old) and speaks lucidly about his personal growth (“At some point, I have to take responsibility for the voice that I have” he says into the camera).

The “Legacy Series” is a group of short video interviews with acts like Jones, Soulja Boy, Fabolous, Waka Flocka Flame and others filmed behind the scenes at FB Legacy’s photo shoots. The artists speak on subjects including how they got their starts in music, their journeys to the top and the legacies they’ll leave behind.
