How Wide Can You Go?
As seen in the clipping from Vogue magazine above, the skinny jean has taken the back seat to it’s wide leg counterpart this season.
While many of these roomy bottoms come in airy fabrics with lots of drape, the look is also seen among sharper masculine cuts and denim. Wide leg bottoms go hand in hand with the 70s trend that hit 2011 runways from New York to London. But can everyone rock it?

They tend to work better on taller frames, so if you are petite, make sure to pair the pants with some killer platform heels to complete the look. Also, keep your top fairly snug, unless you plan on tucking in a blouse or wearing it long with a belt around the waist. Basically, try to avoid appearing like a walking balloon.
