Lil’ Wayne: “I Cannot Have Chris Brown Rapping On The Carter IV“
Since Young Money CEO Lil’ Wayne‘s release from jail, the world has been watching and waiting for the New Orleans native to make his next move. The rapper is as outspoken as always—Weezy’s talked about his life behind bars, the shock of being a free man, his problems with Dwayne Wade and Lebron James and more. Apparently Wayne is letting it all hang out in his cover story for Rolling Stone magazine. In the article, he discusses the features he’s working on, in particular his song “Look At Me Now” with Chris Brown, and Busta Rhymes. Wayne voices his opinion on putting the song on his upcoming Tha Carter IV album:
“I cannot have Chris Brown rapping on Tha Carter IV. He ain’t sound bad. He’s spitting. But come on man! Do you know how many rappers would be like, ‘I can’t get on Tha Carter IV, but this nigga put Chris Brown on that bitch? Rapping?’”
