Video: Samuel L. Jackson And Tommy Lee Jones In Sunset Limited
What do you get when you stick Samuel L. Jackson and a Tommy Lee Jones in a room, alone. No, you don’t get No Country For Snakes In A Mother F***ing Room. Rather, you get HBO Films‘ upcoming movie titled Sunset Limited.
The film—directed by Tommy Lee Jones—is based on the play by Pulitzer Prize winning writer Cormac McCarthy which features two characters—complete strangers—who are brought together by desperate circumstances. Jackson plays a deeply religious ex-con who tries to prevent a Jones’s character from throwing himself in front of a train named the Sunset Limited and committing suicide.
The film explores the dynamics between two men and we’re quite sure the dialog is going to be pretty intense coming from both actors.
Sunset Limited will debut Saturday, Feb. 12 (9:00-10:30 p.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO.
