Last night’s game was embarrassing to watch! I watched the first quarter and agreed w/the fans in Hawaii who were booing! It was disgusting! next year the pro-bowlers should just play madden and pre-tend the played (similar to last night)

Not really a big footbal fan but I agree with Karl. You cannot have a real All Star game without all the teams being represented. A midseason break is out of the question so why not play it after the Super Bowl? Maybe adopt a format like the NHL. Have a skills competetion one day and the game the following day and stop playing it in Hawaii. Rotate the game around the league.

I agree it has turned into an afterthought. I liked it much better when it was the week after the SuperBowl so all players could play. I also miss the old QB challenge from way back when as thirst quencher in the off season drought. I will never forget Warren Moon throwing a ball from end zone to end zone, or Troy Aikman bull’s eying every target that they threw at him. Ahh, The good old days.

Remember that these are the best players from teams that did NOT make the Super Bowl, so it’s not even an all-league event.
