Lil’ Kim’s Black Friday Sells 100,000 Copies? Nicki Minaj Responds
It’s been two days since Lil’ Kim released her Black Friday mixtape and after much commotion regarding the fact that Lil’ Kim is shipping out physical copies of the project, she’s taken to Twitter to speak on how many copies were ordered. According to Kimmy Blanco, her mixtape sold 113,000 copies in 28 hours. Check out the rapstress’s tweet below:
It seems Kimmy’s nemesis, fellow female rapper Nicki Minaj, heard about Lil Kim’s alleged Paypal profit ande took to her Twitter to respond. While there is no mention of Kim, anyone with common sense knows to whom Nicki is referring. Peep her tweet:
There’s no solid proof of Kim’s claims and there’s a good change she’s serving up baloney. Yeah, there was some hype and anticipation around the tape’s release, but I highly doubt 113,000 people paid $10 for a Lil’ Kim mixtape. I guess we’ll have to wait until someone gets the mixtape in the mail to know how it sounds. I wonder if she’ll have to pay Nicki Minaj some money for using her “Did It On ‘Em” beat and profiting from it it with her tape. Come on Kim—tell the truth.

All y’all that choose a side are media dummies!!! This beef, controversy is just for ONE reason: SELL UNITS! CDs, mp3s and ring tones. If you’ve ever liked Lil Kim don’t front and all of a sudden NOT like her now. You’re a fake as much as this so called beef is! I like Nicky Minaj, Foxy Brown AND Lil Kim. KIM and Foxy have made classics! Nicky still has a ways to go before she does that, although I think “Moment for Life” may become classic! She does have hot songs for now tho that I really like. The biggest thing wrong sin hip hop now is no respect for the past, present and thus the future scares me! Will anyone be original and not be style stealers (swagger jackers,biters,etc)?
I love hip hop but let’s face it, most songs on the radio nowadays sound the same and it’s boring. Thank goodness for the internet, and yet people still make stupid songs and videos and u dummies buy that too. Has the whole world gone dumb when it comes to good music, especially in hip hop?

Nicki Minaj is a dumb cunt, Kim did that mixtape with no push from a major label, and exclusively through pay-pal ( a pay-pal rep has confirmed Kim’s claim) and this is a mixtape not and LP or EP, so for Kim to push that many units i give her kudos and I love the mixtape by the way it’s the shit!! Minaj couldnt do that with out a big machine like universal promoting her garbage, FUCK MINAJ TEAM QUEEN B!!!
