Young Money artist Short Dawg teamed up with producer Lex Luger to create the smash “Money In My Pocket” and his label boss Lil’ Wayne has jumped on the remix. The original is a certified hit, but the remix takes it up a notch. Bump as loud as possible in the whip.
Snoop Dogg featuring R. Kelly: “Platinum”
Snoop Dogg and R. Kelly’s latest joint lives up to the hype of their pasts songs. With its hard hitting Lex Luger beat, Snoop and R.K. certainly come correct on this one. I was just starting to count Snoop and Kellz out, but this track got rid of my doubts, at least for now.
Rick Ross featuring Meek Mill: “Perfectionists”
Rick Ross is guaranteed hit maker. He hasn’t let up yet this year and with his new artist Meek Mill, the two emcees spit fire on The Alchemist’s beat. I think 2011 looks quite promising for the Maybach Music Group.
