In this day and age, being only a rapper just doesn’t cut it. You’ve got to have more than one hustle—how else are you going to make some serious dough in between albums? Quite a few artists have looked to expand their brands by venturing in the fashion world and while this worked for Puffy, Jay-Z and 50 Cent, other emcees have tried and failed—miserably. Take a look at some urban brands who aren’t around anymore. R.I.P.
