We’re Not Prudes, Just Grossed Out: Omarion Remakes Jodeci Hit; Rosa Acosta Works By The Hour
For some reason Omarion missed the memo stating classic R&B hits of the 1990s—in this case, Jodeci’s “Come & Talk To Me”—should not be remade by sub par boy banders with thin vocals and no respect for the song. Far be it for me to knock your musical talents O, but you don’t have the pipes to sing this song.

Now let’s discuss “ass” versus “class.” Whoever told you to “update” or “modernize” the words has sabotaged you. It’s not even the Ides of March and the Brutus in your camp has done you wrong. You should just fire your entire team and start from scratch because those saboteurs didn’t stop you from making this video which, by the way, is a hot mess. Now I’m sure you had teenage dreams of a woman like Rosa Acosta but you used this video as your chance to live it out and pretend you were actually getting it in. #EpicFail.
Now Rosa, dear Rosa, don’t ever let your mama or your grandma see this promotional prostitution piece. We all know you have a great body, but you’re getting older and are probably starting to realize a new crew of video girls may make you irrelevant—soon. I hope you saved your money sweetie, so that you can bow out gracefully. And by gracefully, I mean not doing gnarly videos with faded D-list pop stars. Proving you’ve still got one last sex scene/ass shot/booty pop in you is starting to look a bit desperate and sad. Don’t be so thirsty. Retire to Florida just like everyone else.

First of all Rosa Acosta is 26 years old. I’d hardly call her old or getting up there in age. She is gorgeous from head to toe. She has a great face and body. Omarion is very famous and can sleep with whatever woman he wants. I’m pretty sure he gets it in with plenty of drop dead gorgeous women. Who are you to call him a washed up pop star? At least he is famous and considered very good looking by the opposite sex. Can you say the same? Now I love Jodeci growing up in the 90′s but Omarion did not do any disrespect to the song.

They are not a classy group like Boyz II Men, or Silk, they were straight nasty. Jodeci is what you listen to when you are getting busy in the back of your car, not on the way to church. The vid fits their M.O.
Stick to selling shoes or whatever it is you sell on this site and in the store. These are two adults, and its only acting. Omarion and Rosa did a great job in this video. Why do you take this seriously enough to get so offended? Anyhow, we all like Jodeci’s original, move on. Jodeci made rauncy statements in songs, but maybe you didn’t own much of their music. It’s not about making a comparison between the two versions, it’s about taking, having fun, and making something your own. Don’t discredit Omarion, he is a great artist. LOL @ Omarion fan club groupies. He doesn’t have the voice to sing this song. Old and washed up, na Rosa is played out, beautiful but you only can do what she does and be the top for a year or two tops. I see the point. O really messed up the song. Jodeci wasnt squeeky clean but them brothers could sing. and the original lyrics for groupie #2 was F R E A K you. Dude has talent, but this was a fail.
