As we previously told you, Chris Brown has been invited back to the ABC network despite his much talked about meltdown last week at their NYC studio after making an appearance on Good Morning America. When I first heard about their invitation and decision to not pursue charges against Breezy over the incident, I thought maybe ABC felt a slight tinge of sympathy towards the “Deuces” singer, but allegedly, their motivation is a little more self-serving. An inside source at the network told EOnline.com that the GMA producers didn’t want to upset Breezy by filing a complaint against him because they want to “milk this event for everything its worth.” Reportedly, milking the event does not include giving the emotionally unhinged Virginia native a reality show, but what they have in mind is akin to a reality show. According to the inside source:

“No, that would never happen here. What’s far more likely is orchestrating Chris Brown talking to Rihanna for the first time.”

As for why ABC would want to orchestrate a train wreck of such magnitude, the source said:

“It’s all about the ratings. At all other costs.”
