The fine folks at Vans have taken their most classic lifestyle silhouette and given it a re-vamped galvanized aesthetic taking its cues from work boots and workwear. The vulcanized sole remains standard, but the upper takes a journey through classic American workwear, from a chambray-looking toe-box to a yeoman-like lace and heel tab. The kicks make use of metal eyelets just like your favorite six-inch stompers, and even feature a D-ring top driving home the work-boot vibe. Though these shoes are fashioned after workwear, in terms of function, these are still a class low-top look for Spring/Summer. Sport these with or without socks for a swagged out California style.
